Wow, I dont know who Wachovia has doing the recuriting for them

I was recently selected for an interview for a teller opening in my area. After playing email tag with the recuriter, I finally was able to shecdule an appointment with her. On Friday I emailed her to tell when was the best date for the interview. I checked me email several times on Monday waiting to hear from her. It turned out that my email server was down due to some maintance. Once I was able to log in on Tuesday, I finally recieved one from her, saying the interview was set at 11 Am that morning. (I wasnt able to log into the email until after 1pm that same day) Plus the email said to confirm this with her by sending an email back to her. Immediately I called her back and explained what happened, she was really rude and didnt really care and said that I was already processed out the system. And there is nothing she can do and than hung up the phone. Wow, I was sort of shocked that a huge company like this would have someone like this working for them. I am looking to see who do I file a complaint with about this.

Oh I didnt have a number to call her at until the last email was sent from her. I was never able to get a number to call her directly at and in the previous emails, I left my cell and home number as well. I did ask for her phone number but it was never giving to me until the last email she sent.
