Applying for FCM Position - Any Tips?

I am planning to submit my application for a FCM position this week and want to ensure that my resume is exceptional.

I know what the FCM role entails, but I am concerned with the changes that will be taking place with the Wells merger. Does anyone know what the leaders are looking for during the decision process in regard to the new job description? Is leadership focusing on the current roles when hiring?
