WHO ELSE GOT FIRED FROM WACHOVIA THIS PAST WEEK IN GEORGIA???

Hey everyone, be thinking about who was a new hire/over hire fs in your branch when you were there. I realized they hired a bunch of "overhires" right before we were fired. I promise you will need this going forward. You may even want to write down every one that said they would testify to the fact that we were told to sell the crown accts. Also, please write down anything that you can remember that would help the lawyer with his rebuttal to Wachovia each of you have the paperwork and what was sent to us in email. Try real hard to remember anything so that we can hammer hard with the facts. I know the lawyer will probably want this from you. So maybe you can start preparing. This is a practice that was instilled in the group that i was hired with....We were told, "no free accounts", Always crown. This was instilled in me from the day i entered training.. This came from mentors, FSL's, Ready Talent Coordinators and past RBDs....So all of a sudden now its wrong to do this when we were taught this from day one. I am presently looking for an attorney now because I followed the directions of the leadership and what they told me to do..I know I am not alone in this matter and as god is my witness, I do plan on making noise.

I talked to the lawyer today and he is working diligently on our case. I believe that something good is going to come out of this. I hope all of you are doing well.
