Financial Consultant?

I am in the process of going through the phone interviews with the Recruiters with Wachovia Securities.

I was inquiring about the position - Hours, Salary, Time to Obtain Licenses, Which Licenses will be required, What to expect?

I know this is a lot of questions but if you would please provide what you can. I like to be prepared and informed.

I am coming from a Professional Sales background where I was making low to mid 6 figures but no real finance background. I have a network of about 4000 individuals near the same income level. I have a very strong interest in this field and this is why I am looking to start with Wachovia.
