Does anyone know where the class action lawsuit against wachovia stands and when our u-5's will get expunged? I am reaching out to all of you that are part of the "CROWN" affair or terminated involuntarily by Wachovia. I have had 3 job opportunities not happen because of what Wachovia has put in my u-5. Has anyone has similar experiences? |
