Ho Has Been Fired After 7/4/08 As An FS?

I am wanting to know if this has went to court yet or not? I was dismissed on 08/05/2008 so IT SEEMS as though there was a corporate initiative to let go of all of the people making all the money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FOR REAL AND THAT IS AS SIMPLE AS IT GETS!

I AM ONE OF THESE FORMER LFS TOP PERFORMERS THAT ECHO EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH! It absolutely blows my mind that a person other than your boss can come in and dismiss you INVOLUNTARILY so the FSL can sweep in to fill your seat due to her incompetence and need to pass blame on down the line. I am not bitter at all...I am glad that I built the largest BOB for my boss (that recruited me for 18 months)to screw me over exactly like others in her past told me she would (SHE IS KNOWN FOR NOT MAKING SURE HOMES ARE BUILT DUE TO EMPLOYEES THAT ASKED THE MTG TO BE STRUCTURED THAT WAY SO THEY CAN PAY DEBTS, KILLED A COUPLE BY PULLING OUT OF A BRANCH AND NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT SHE WAS DOING,AND LET 2 CONSTUCTION LOANS DEFAULT THAT SHE MADE TO HER HUBBY THAT CONVENIENTLY WAS DIVORCED FROM BUT IS NOW BACK WITH SINCE THE "QUEEN OF DRAMA" CANNOT GET ANYONE OF HER CURRENT LFS's TO JUMP IN HER BED ANYMORE AND SHE HAS EVEN FAR SURPASSED HER ORIGINAL 2 FACEDNESS BY TAKING MY HARD WORKED BOB THAT WAS BUILT UP TO 185 MILLION) but OF COURSE! I did not meet Wachovia's performance standards even though I was First in the area according to my scorecard rating of a 3.85 and I have been without a job now for close to 60 days due to Wachovia's GREAT old fashioned BLACK BALL they have placed on me... Does anyone have any advice?
I still have a positive attitude through it all though BECAUSE EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON!

Why were you dismissed?
I was fired on 8/7/08

I was fired on 08/05/2008 for not meeting performance standards but I have almost a 4 on wacho's perf scale (a true 3.85) among my thoughts are that my fsl just went to court on 3 cases she was involved with as a manager and i dont know the outcome but my guess is she lost wacho money so they made her step down due to poor leadership....

Is your u-5 clean? or did they black ball you like me. I was turned down for a job after 5 interviews with Bank of America for a great position when they saw my u-5 said dismissed.

Have been declined from other jobs because of what Wachovia stated on my U5.

I have had 3 opportunities shot down because of my u-5. One was with a bank and 2 with investment firms. I now am trying to get back into the insurance indusrry. I will let you know the outcome of that. Meanwhile I have been out of work now 3 months tomorrow.

Does anyone know where the class action lawsuit against wachovia stands and when our u-5's will get expunged? I am reaching out to all of you that are part of the "CROWN" affair.
