Honest feedback on employment as Wachovia LFS

I was laid off by Wachovia Securities and am currently looking at the LFS role. I was in this role previously, was successful, but got very turned off by the sales leaders (poor management, lack of support, micromanaging) and outright lies about incentive compensation. It seemed like everytime LFSs were hitting their incentive thresholds, the entire system changed so they wouldn't. Basically, I am looking into it again because the job market was tight and am hoping to hang in there and see if the Wells culture is better. So, two questions. First, is the LFS position still encumbered by the same BS that I encountered back in the day. Second, does anyone know anything about the way Wells Fargo branches are set up (organization, sales phlosophy, incentive structure, etc.). Thanks.
