I just did the interview for customer service rep job ogn which i did preety good and after the interview, supervisor came and gave me a info to call and do the fingerprints/background check for them. So I went in and did the fingerprints and background check so my question is does that mean i am hired or not because they didn't tell me if i was hired or not because i really want to know badly . also i have another job lined up but do wanna work with wachovia because of the pay. please help you guys

Did they make a salary offer first? Normally the drug screening & fingerprinting is completed after you accept the job offer.
