Terry:
My name is Sydney J Ferreira, a former Licensed Financial Specialist for Wachovia Bank. I fear that I may have been the first casualty of the massive firings that occurred in March of 2008. I was suspended on Tuesday, February 5th, pending an "investigation". On Friday, February 8th, I was presented with termination paperwork, which I never signed. I was never given or even offered a termination appeal; my former sales leader suggested it weeks later and by then the appeal time limit had already expired. and the bank tarnished my license, noting that I was terminated due to "inappropriate sales behavior unrelated to securities: ie. bank products". I was supposedly terminated due to the "inappropriate" use of opening crown accounts, although we had been instructed to use these accounts as introductory products to new customers by our trainers.
On Monday of the following week after I was terminated, I did contact Human Resources and notified them that virtually all employees use the Crown account option as an introductory product for new customers, because for 90 days they do not have to maintain a balance and they also get a free batch of checks. I also informed them that we were instructed to do so by our trainers. As a new FS mentor, I was in contact with several new financial specialists in the training course, and they notified me that shortly after my termination, the trainers began to shift their training methods and began suggesting that financial specialists should "qualify" the customers before opening a Crown or Free checking account, whereas days before they had been suggesting that ALL customers should be given a Crown account for the introductory period and then switched to a FREE checking if they were unable to maintain the balance after 90 days.
Nearly a month after I contacted Human Resources of the injustice of being terminated, while my "inappropriate methods" were practiced by virtually all employees, the Bank began to slowl

It is a good thing you were fired because you Notarized fraudelent mortgages.
I have contacted FBI and will do more to prevent what you did to me.
MY SIGNATURE WAS FORGED on a mortgage and YOU notarized it.
What the hell were you thinking?

Wrongful termination? Not a good financial specialist or notary public. It was the best thing they did to fire you.
I spoke to your old boss at Wachovia, Jorge Rincon and he says that it was "good to be rid of you".
THAT IS WHY YOU WERE FIRED AND WHY YOU ARE UNDER INVESTIGATION. Looks like YOU forged my name. Whoever did is going to be in trouble.
By the way Sydney, you will be hearing more about this.
Comptroller of the Currency has been notified along with police, and many more because I am not done with this.
I hope they revoked your license AND NEVER LET YOU DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC.

Boo Hoo, Now you can go crawl back under your rock. Jorge also said "who was that clueless wingnut stalker anyway"
