Wachovia Hiring Process

Don't know if anyone can help me with this.....

I have applied for about 6 jobs with Wachovia as a teller. When you apply online you have to read through information about the company and the hiring process. As I was reading through the info it said that if you passed the assessment then a recruiter would review your information and if chosen to go through they would contact you but if you were not chosen to go through you would get an email stating that you were not chosen.

So I went back to Wachovia's website and I was checking on the jobs I applied for and one of them said filled. I never received any communication from Wachovia about not going through.

Have their policies changed? Just wondering if anyone could clear this up for me.
