Whats after interview?

I just had an interview at Wachovia bank.. and i was a little nervous, had to ask to repeat the question couple times. At the end of the interview the hiring managers told me that my recruiter will contact with the decision next week. Couple hours after the interview the recruiter called me and asked how i did, and told me she will call me tomorrow with their decision. What should i expect? Is there a chance?
