How to get a job at Wachovia.

My experence with Wachovia....hope this helps!!

I filled out an application online and the next day I was called for a phone interview. I passed the phone interview and was schedule a interview with the Store manager a week later. Well I had the interview and I really think it went well. Questions asked where based on previous jobs, selling, customer service, Why do you think your the best applicant, Your biggest sales experience. How did you deal with something that required alot of ur attention. What was the results. The STAR questions did bother me a little bit. But overall I think the whole interview went excellent. Me and the store manager "clicked" and just like best friends having general conversations. Very laid back. There was other people waiting to be interview but it was not a group interview. One thing I suggest is if u have a group interview is to go FIRST and answer the questions FIRST.

Only thing im worried about is if they do a credit check!. I dont have the best of credit, but thats alot of people. Anyway I will keep everyone posted, I should hear something sometime next week. Until then I will continue at my job now, acting as if nothing is wrong and I enjoy it!!!...lol!
