I had my phone interview today, the recruiter told me the base salary is 40K-50K. I have 5 years with my series 7 and 63, does any one know how much I might be able to get? also how does commission work in the first two years with this salary? |

is it a financial advisor position or a financial specialist position? fa's are straight commission, generally (at least it used to be) with a sign on bonus. fs's are around 47-50k. |

I want to know how commissions work for a financial advisor during these two years with a salary and also after the two years what percentage of the commissions will I get? |

Dennis in Reading, Pennsylvania said: I am interested in the answer also. I am considering being an FA. I might be able you with that. I know some places that are looking for financial advisors and are willing to train new ones with no past experience. There are some part-time openings (they allow you to keep your day job if you want and learn the business) and some full-time openings. Email me and we can chat about the details acasey01@gmail.com |
