Application Error

When I try to apply online I get the following error when I try to continue after selecting 5 secret questions/answers while creating an account.

Iv tried using several different browsers including the ones they recommended and nothing works. Iv applied to other companies fine it's a problem on their end not mine. Is my only other option to apply at one of their booth's in the store?

Your username and password that you previously used may have simply expired. Just a make a new one and you should be good.

Maybe I didn't clarify well enough. When I try to create a new account I get this error. After selecting your username/password you have to create 5 secret questions and answers. After doing this I click continue I get this error. I cannot create an account.

Are you typing in a sufficient number of characters? Do you have the latest version of your browser? Try clearing out the cookies and cache. If that doesn't work then try from a different computer or simply go to the store you want to work at and fill one out there..the computer is usually at the Customer Service Desk.

You select the questions and answers from predetermined drop boxes so yes, yes and already done. I'm just going to apply in the store, I didn't want to have to do that but it's clear I'm not going to get anywhere with their website. Thanks anyway though.
