Salaried Human Resources Positions: Senior HRMs and Store HRMs

A Walmart Recruiter from Arkansas found my resume online. They sent me a CAF Form to complete as they are interested in considering me further.

Does anyone know what the salary ranges are for both a Sr. HRM and Store HRM? Also, is there any inside info in completing the Candidate Alignment Form for HR Mgmt positions? Last, what is the interview process? What type of questions should I expect?

Also, what should one expect who enters a Sr. HRM position with Walmart? I'm about taking care of my people and I dont' want to enter a HR job where the HRs do not receive support to ensure they have the tools they need to take care of their people.
