Son got a warning

My son has been working overnight stocking. This is his second week on the job. He didn't go to bed after working yesterday and went to work tired. He only got one pallet done in 6 hours. He was given a warning. I don't want to see him get fired but he can be quite lazy and is addicted to video games. I am going to tell him if he gets fired he will need to move in with his father! I raised him for 19 years, his Dad can take over now!

Sorry your son is causing you probs with his new job!! I will say that Walmart is pretty strict on stocking times; they are expected to stock 60 cases per hr and it is tracked in their system. Most people think an overnight stocking job would be pretty easy but it requires more than you might think. Plus the schedule is rough if you don't get the sleep you need. I hope he wises up and takes his job seriously so you don't feel so stressed!! Good luck
