Wal-Mart Hiring Process - After PAT.

I'm scheduled for a Physical Abilities Test on Wednesday for the Wal-Mart DC in Washington Courthouse, OH and I was wondering how long after the test I would find out if I go to the next step. I've found very little info on this, but what I did find says I may be interviewed the same day. And if I pass the test and the interview goes well, how long before I start work? Thanks!

I would like to know when your sopose to get a reponse to the appicatons I put in the internet . I have not recieved and response? for the jobs I applyed for? Can any one give me a Up-Date? please .

I know from myself and my mother who both applied for Wal-Mart DC locally. In her case, She took the PAT and then she got a call saying that they wanted to interview her for another position. She failed her PAT test btw. She went for her interview, and that day they called her references. and she started the week later.
I on the other hand, I passed the PAT test, my results said "Competitive". Got a call saying they wanted to interview me for a second position as well(same call my mom got) Had my interview and none of my reference were contacted as of yet? At this point I dont even know if I'm hired? She knew right away tho..
