You do not want to work for WAL-MART. I worked there, this store is dirty, just look at the cash registers there trash is over flowing, the registers have never been cleaned, they are filthy and management is horrible. They run this store like a full fledge CIRCUS! They treat customers like they are animals, I had a Accounting Manager Lisa, DEGRADE A Customer just because she had WIC COUPONS! That is a fact. I was the one that rung the womens merchandise up. I was never so embarrassed by this Accounting Manager in all my life. I guess she has never fell on broken lives result or poverty in this world. Also I was a Customer Service Manager. I could not do what they wanted me to. They are so rude and hateful to customers, and let me tell you if you bring a return back to Russellville store, and you don't look good enough for them or you give them a hassle, GUESS WHAT? You are NOT going to get your money back, they will put your refund on a gift card and you are FORCED to spend the money at WAL_MART. I will never go back into this store! And you shouldn't eiher. You are just setting yourself up for a lot of Ridiculous actions of management and associates ignorant ways in a multi-million dollar store. I could go on an on...

The return/exchange policy in any wal mart is the same as in any other major retailer. If you have the receipt and its before the correct amount of days that the certain item was supposed to be returned, then they will refund it to you in the same way that you paid for it.

If you have no receipt and the item has not been opened and the price is not very high, then they will just need to see your ID/Drivers License and will provide you with a gift card.
Best Buy does this and they are more strict about it, so does Target and just about any other major retailer.. So, don't complain people just because it didn't go your way at the customer service desk in a wal mart.
