big al in Reading, Pennsylvania 60 months ago	walmart is not very associate friendly they treat the associates very bad and rudely the founder of the company Mr.Sam Walton would be ashamed at how the management at some of his store treat there associates this is not how Mr.Walton would have had his company grow to the world wide leader that it is the way some of the managemnet treat associates it is a wonder that any one would want to work for walmart. They promise some benefits but try to colect any of those benefits it is almost impossable to colllect them. I don't work there but the staff has always been kind and decent to me in every store I've ever gone to. They are kind despite how poorly Wal-Mart treats them.
