They just ask you a bunch of retail related questions.

Give me a time when you and the manger got in to a disagreement.

The one time I applied for a job at Walmart they took a group of us into a back room after completing our applications. We then watched a video about how great Walmart was which lasted around 10 mins. They then told all of us they had no open positions so there was no interview...
