It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Walmart?

Any advice on striking the right note?

Honestly, they aren't very important. I had no experience and my answers were awful but I still got hired. They will call you in and you'll go to the back and tell an associate you have an interview. They will get a manager an you'll get one interview with a department manager and then an assistant manager. If they have you fill out paperwork at the end of the interview you pretty much got the job.

My problem is this: I'm a convicted felon, and even though "Tracy" said that it made no difference,Walmart has never re-contacted me following my intial interview. My question is this: Does Walmart hire felons or not? My crime would have nothing to do with warehouse work.(theft,etc.)What gives?
