They will ask you to give them specific situations of how you helped a customer and other situations.

Make sure to have lots of examples (of various diff. subjects) to share with them.

Prepare for role play! practice your selling skills and be ready to answer many questions related to customer service. Most important, be confident and follow regular job interview guidelines (questions are usually the same)
