SC welder

I applied and have a callback from them, wondering if I should proceed with all the negatives here, BUT everyone negative here seems to be either driver or office worker.

Anyone work other positions, specifically container welder, that can comment on treatment/attitude/pay/etc. for that position?

Or anyone know anything about the Elgin SC location atmosphere?
