Tattoo policy at Wate Management

I currently applied for the non experienced residental
driver for WM but before I got get my CDL and waste all the money I was wondering if anybody
knew if WM had a visiable tattoo policy. I tried working at UPS and got the interview and went through the whole process and at the end of it the recruiter said sorry we don't allow visiable tattoos. So before I waste my time I want a heads up. I have on tattoo on the top of my hand and a tattoo on both of my forearms. I am willing to cover up as much as possible but some companies don't even allow you to do that. Can anybody help?

Why would they care of a "garbage truck driver" be it front load or roll off has tattoos..its not like your a waiter serving people food at some fine dining establishment for gods sake.
