What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Wegmans?

In a recent online application there was a reference to "Managing the 5 Measures" and the company culture as "Who Are We". What are these in relationship to the company and the associates and what are they? Any help would be appreciated.

The 5 measures are different ways Department Managers and Department Team Leaders gauge the success of their department. They are: Sales, Contribution, Retention, Respecting Diversity, and Employee Development.
