Depending on the job you are applying for don't expect the common general interview questions. If you are applying for a general, high school education job expect a test and critical thinking paragraph questions. "Critical thinking and test for a low paying job!!" Half the managers can't critically think and definitely don't have a degree!! Human Resources screening process, only they understand it. How can a person who is already performing a job outside of their job description, not qualify for the newly created position in the same department? They pass up qualified individuals with their employee screening process internally & externally!! |
