I applied for a Wells Fargo, and I have no idea what went wrong. I emailed the website included in the email, and there was a glitch that I pointed out that was wrong. After several correspondences, they failed to give me an adequate answer in which I requested to speak to a supervisor. I was not granted my request, however the person I was emailing called me promptly. She argued with me on the phone, to the point where she started laughing.

Highly unprofessional if you ask me. After speaking to this person on the phone, the same person emailed me again with a smug response, to which I replied: "Cease all further communications from here out."
