Benefits at WF?

To those of you that currently work there or have worked there, how are the benefits?

I'm not just talking medical.. do you get checking account perks? lower apr on loans? anything really worthy?

Benefits are awesome. Medical, dental and vision. We have a few options for each category. If you work part time you pay less for coverage than someone that works full time. WF sees it like this, you are making less money and therefore is harder to spend as much on benefits. so thats cool. Its not a huge difference. you have a Team Member checking acct. This comes with free money orders, cashiers checks, online, bill pay.... and You get direct deposit. You get 401k, which you can borrow from for emergencies. You get discount rates on mortgages, loans, lines ets. You get quarterly bonus based on customer service and sales. anywhere between 200 to 1200 for tellers and as you move up it only gets higher. It is a stressful job, but lots of perks.
