Completed 3 interviews for Branch Store Manager position.

First interview - I have a Phone interview with HR for a Store Manger position position in Philadelphia, PA.

Second interview - HR scheduled me with 2 DM's before thanksgiving week, 2010.

I am well prepared and faced the 2nd interview with the two DM's. During the interview, their comments was "olsum" for my answers. At the end of my interview they told me, that the HR person will get back to me in a week.

The HR person called me back by end of week and told me that they found a suitable person for that location and she wanted to know if I would like to take another location for the same position. So I said OKAY, and she scheduled me again with two DM's for another interview for the Store manager position.

Finally I was interviewed(So this is my 3rd interview for the same position) last Friday (12/03/10). Every questions when I gave answers, they said thank you with the smile on their faces!At the end of the interview they told me that the HR person will get back to me in a week.

Today it's going to be a week. No email or no phone call/

If anyone got management position please advice me. Am I suppose to contact the HR person, or just wait because they are busy with X'Mas or still interviewing more people?

My both interviews took 2 hours each, because I applied for the management position.

too had a group interview about two weeks ago and it took them a few days to get back to me to set up the next interview as well, so you still have a chance, just hang in there and good luck!

Thank you very much, I have 20 years banking experience, and 5 years management experience. I got laid off with my package, from my previous job, due to the merger with another bank, they are closing my branch. So I am still on unemployment and looking for a management position.
