Wells Fargo versus SunTrust

I am currently interviewing for personal/private banker positions with both companies. Does anyone have any feedback that might be helpful when comparing and contrasting the 2 respective opportunities? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I've been with the company for 1 year now and I wouldn't suggest working for Wells Fargo. I'm not bitter or angry, but there is a huge turnover with the company. I've been in financial sales for over 10 years and I've never seen a company ran so ineffectively. The constant pressure to open checking accounts is overwhelming and Wells Fargo loses great employees as a result. The last thing I'd mention is that the bonus structure as recently changed so that its almost impossible to make a bonus. In fact, quarter-to-date, there is only 1 Banker thats elgible for a bonus.
