I'm working at Wells now, and we are about to be fingerprinted and background checked again, and I had a petty theft issue that was a charge for larceny since being employed at Wells. i'm scared because I don't want to lose my job. The charge was dismissed, and expunged. But I'm wondering will it still show up when they do the background check with this 3rd party called First Advantage. i was never arrested no fingerprints taken just a citation was issued. |
