Wells fargo is finding unfair reasons to let people go to hire new people at lower wages. Beware if you go to work for them especially if you were with Wachovia before the merger. My wife was let go for "Telephone abuse policy" and was denied unemployment benefits because of it as were many others. Just a bogus reason to get rid of people. One write up and you get no bonus for the quarter. |

One write up and you get no bonus for the quarter. This is totally untrue. I worked for Wachovia, as well as 8 other co-workers and we're all still employed by Wells Fargo. AND some of the people I work with have been through 4 mergers and haven't had a problem. Some of them have been with the company for over 40 years and make more money than the managers do. Wells Fargo just has a different way of doing things and they aren't Wachovia, if you can't keep up with the change the managers will let you go. |
