I ll Help Anybody that needs help with the Interview

I recently did interview with WF and they offer me a job for teller paying me 10 per hour and only 30 hours. I don't know if i should take the job or not. man i speak 4 languages and have sales and customer service experience and it was really surprised that they only offered 10. I did excellent in my interview now i am really wondering if I really should work for this cheap company. I wanted to be personal banker but I got called for teller interview first so i don't know how long it takes to become PB. Cuz I am pretty damn sure that I have to stay in teller position for about a year. SO i am going to ask you guys if i should take the job or not??? and if you guys need ?s for the interview then just reply as well. I Can help you with both interview ?s

I have an interview on monday for a pb? Can you give me an idea of what type of question they're going to ask? From what I know of the position, it mostly related to sales.

Don't waste your time. I worked there. It is a thankless job. You will regret every minute of it.

Well if you have a group interview they mainly require the banking skills. sso they gonna ask you what banking skill(thats a big plus for you) plus the biggest accomplishment on customer service or sales. so answer on sales because that the main thing they r looking for don't answer about the biggest accomplishment on customer service. try to get there 45mins early, that's a big plus for you. and if you need help with the 2nd interview then let me no.

yea man i was wondering because i went into a big building and they only had one teller working because they r short staff. i wonder how many people quit on them

I will have interview as teller this coming Thursday. can you tell me how is the hiring process? did you go for 2nd interview? how is your group interview like? are there a lot of people should up for interview?

in my oponion, i think depends on what you need and what you are looking for. if you look for a better job, you can still look for, since you are already got the teller job, you already met mananger, you can ask them for PB job too if they need that position to fill, also you are qualified for the job. I do not think it is hard to get that job (especial if you have banking experience). Just keep trying!

The group interview was bad because i hate expressing myself in front of 20 people. so everybody had to stand up and answer the ?s. 2nd interview was really easy. they r looking for sales experience. they gonna ask you goals or quota that you had to meet, what your previous supervisor would say about you, give a example when you had a bad customer and how you resolved his problem. they gonna go over your resume and ask you why you left your previous jobs, they gonna make you read a paper then after that they gonna ask you what is the three thing that is require in the job and i answer sales, customer service, and you need to wow the customer. wow is there thing you will understand about wow once you do the interview. 2nd interview was really easy because i had all the experience and only the group one was kind of hard because i dont like to talk in front of 20 people. if you need more help then let me know.

the interview process goes like this, after the group interview they called me after 2 days and then they schedule the 2nd interview then the next day after the 2nd interview they told me i was hire. its quick process but i dont really like the pay. and to be PB they told me to wait one year because i have to stay with teller job then i can apply. it sucks

hi, Farhan, what is first interview like? All the questions I prepared like what is my customer service experience? what is my sale skills? and so on. What they ask in group interview can hold 2 hours in the first interview, thanks!

they only gonna ask you why you interested in this job, which location you want to work, what great skills you have, and give a accomplishment that you did in sales or customer so dont answer on customer because they r looking for sales so tell them about the sales accomplishment. and thats preety much it

hi, Farhan, Do u really want to be PB, i heard pay is not good just like teller, $10-13, a lot of sales invovled. also, it takes a year from teller to PB, how about other title? is there a alternative way to get the job you want? I am just suggesting!

pb makes 30,000 and they bonus is upto 2000 every month. i think i can easily make 50,000 a year being pb. i have another interview with whacovia and i m preety sure i ll do good there and they pay good as well.

Did you got the job? how is it? I am very sorry my wife is in same situation u were..she speakes 4 lenguage and the offer job that pay 10$ I am a local truck driver speake only english as a second lenguage and I got pay 22$ most od company's are suck's and they pay suck's just because they know there are lot of people with out job and they can do it they do..

i have a group interview in a couple of day i have never been to a group interview before what do they do and what do they ask, do they give you a test? do they call your employer? because im on disabilty from stress at work and im afraid i wont get the job if they call and tell them .. please help me

I just had the group interview.
They ask 3 questions.
Before they tell every body to say - Name and what is customer service for you.
all people answer in the row. then They ask question and you answer when you ready.
2 questions about customer service (tell some situations when you had a problem with a customer and how you solve it) and one question - tell the example when you put a goal and how you reach it goal.
That's it!
Whole interview took one hour.
