What's the company culture at Wendy's?

Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Wendy's?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Wendy's?

our office enviroment is extremely clean...we keep the floors clean, the bathrooms clean, the tables clean, and our shirts as clean as can be....we're probably the cleanest restaurant i've ever worked in (and i have worked in high quality casual dining full service restuarants before i got into fast food.)

the crew is a crew, with no cliques...everyone is on an immediate first-name basis, and from day one, you are recieved on a personal level, complete with full explaination of the inside jokes currently going around.

since the managers used to be employees, they are extremely capable...the best of the best.and they are people you want to be like.you feel no shame wanting to be a part of this organization for the next 25 years.

most of the crew dresses professionally with pressed black slacks, shiny non-slip black shoes and black belts, with their clean shirts tucked in. the other half wear their clothes very neatly, but baggy and untucked (but impressively clean and unwrinkled!!!).all of our managers are buisness casual and professional.

i'm proud of our store...i was proud of it before i worked here, and now that i see how well oiled it is from the inside, i feel even better about my position in this company.
