What do you think - will West Business Services grow fast? Are they expanding their staff? How does West Business Services stack up against the competition?

Right now, WBS is not doing well. The recession has hit them hard, many clients have pulled out and they have cut as many non team positions as they can. They tend to be more expensive than competitors, so they are loosing business. Bonuses have been cut and goals have been raised. Morale is not good right now.

West is not known for treating its people very well.
