ACTUALLY I WAS EMAILED THAT FOR THE INTERVIEW PROCESS TO CALL A 1800 NUMBER AND TELL THE MY FIRST NAME AND LAST NAME THEN SPELL MY LAST NAME THEN READ THE SCRIPT OF AN ATTACHED FILE SENT TO ME IN THAT SAME EMAIL.AFTER YOU READ THAT THEN HANG UP THE PHONE.THEY WANT TO HEAR YOUR PHONE VOICE . THEY THEN SAY IN THE EMAIL SENT AFTER YOU DO THIS THEY WILL REVIEW YOUR PRACTICE SCRIPT AND CONTACT YOU.

Of course you have a script but at the same time, along with sounding like a professional, put a little of yourself in there too. Sound like you are sitting right there with them. Greet them then "sit down on their couch" with them.
Making then feel at ease with you makes all the difference in the world.
