Host said: Every business has its own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Westview Services?
Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?
What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Westview Services?
People are usually dressed very casual. Jeans, T-shirts. The moral in the office is usually very low, alot of bickering and gossiping, the rules change by the day. Managment support is very rare. You must waive your right to have lunch time, you MUST eat lunch with your clients, breaks are very rare as they rarely have coverage to watch the clients so you can go on a break. Proper cleaning and saftey equipment is pretty much non existant. It is a very stressful place to work for very little pay. The tension between the staff is so evident most watch the clock for quitting time. Turn over is very high and the majority of the employees have verbally voiced how unappreciated they are but it falls on deaf ears with the management.
