It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Wheels, Inc.?

Any advice on striking the right note?

I took the interview at Wheels Inc. last week.
No set frame of questions. They told me that they are not looking for someone with .NET only experience but one who is very "creative" and does a lot of front end work using javascripting. They were rating a .NET guy for javascript from 1 to 10.You would have to rate yourself and then answer their crazy questions.
Interview with the manager ..worst interviewer i have even had in my work history..guy asked me why should he care as a user whether i use interface or an abstract class..Isn't that obvious that your users don't care anyway!!
Oh...then an analogy...suppose we are creating an object of a class that inherits from "world"..i am like why would you class the whole world..? He forced me to assume so..anyway now i was supposed to answer what is the difference between class and interface after he derived the whole wide world from a class..
Only one sensible question in the interview was difference between structure and a class...why we use classes and not structure that often ? I gave ususal "stack" and "heap" reason and i again got "why do i care"....
Most horrible question was to tell him one technique by which you will change the "user perception"(wish i could change his perception) so users overlook or rather favourably look at the amount of time it takes to bring data from a server to client machine...For about an hour we were beating around the bush trying to find some technical causes/fixes for a slow responding webpage. So even after doing all the crap if we can not fix the webpage we should put a please wait your request is being processed banner..
I wasted my 3 precious hours for stupid going nowhere opportunity and i was not technically strong to join that team...
