What are the average starting salaries, bonuses, benefits and travel requirements like at WIS?

WIS pays minimum wage for travel, and for the first 20 minutes that you begin inventory. You are paid eight dollars and twenty cents during the actual inventory when you are on the floor. Travel is pretty much every day and you are not paid for the first hour. They do offer benefits, but they are not so good.

In miami you are paid 8.50hr for count time and 6.40hr for travel in a company Van and the first 12min of inventory. If you drive the company Van you are paid 10.00hr from office to store. your travel wage is 6.40 From office to store minus 1hr up and 1hr back.
