Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at WIS? Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers? What is a typical day in the life of an employee at WIS? |

Inventory Clerks wear blue polo company shirts, black pants, and black shoes. Supervisors may wear dress shirts and pants. |

These people are a joke. I don't believe they could find their ass with both hands. I wouldn't work for WIS if my life depended on it. |

I am glad I read your comments. I was thinking of applying when I got back to Florida but never mind now. An ad made it seem like such a great company! Oh well, I"ll keep trying to find another place to work. Thanks. |

I agree with these comments by people on here, i only worked for them a short time, i had to make 3 appointments for my orientation because nobody showed up for the first two, then i never received a schedule was told i would be called with my schedule because calling the office was useless, and then i never got a call so needless to say i wasnt gonna call pursuing more of this nightmare |

The good thing about WIS is that virtually anyone can get a job there. The turnover is so high they are always hiring. The bad news is, you will be treated like crap. The job is horrible. They cram you into a crowded, smelly van, where you can spend 6+ hours on the road and only make minimum wage. Then they run you into the ground once you arrive at your location. The work is backbreaking and tedious. When it is all over, you will probably be shorted pay because someone made a mistake somewhere. They don't hesitate to work you 12+ hours with no break or lunch. I worked for them out of Oklahoma City. I would never do it again. |
