I think you need to really push this company if your looking for work. I went to a face to face interview with the recruiting manager who was very nice 30 days ago and have not heard or received a call since.

How much do they pay? What do they provide for the recruiters? A good recruiter does everything. Get's the clients. Nurtures the relationship. Finds the candidates. Closes the deals.
