Same jobs advertised over & over in Fairfield, California

I applied for the a few jobs with Xerox in Sacramento, California. I read the job descriptions. Had the background employment experience. The job description required a certain college degree. I have that! Done and done. The job description asked that the job seeker have 3 years of prior experience in the field. I have that too! Done and done.

Then I receive the automate e mail reply from Xerox stating my skills don't closely match and they have moved forward with another candidate. I think what the bleeping bleep!! Then a few week later I see the same job I applied for advertised again and again. My theory is the job advertisements are fake or Xerox is utilizing a 3rd party staffing agency to fill in then the job and the job has high turnover which ends most of the jobs at Xerox over and over, because the company is excessively utilizing 3rd party staffing agencies for most of the employment. No one is hired permanently at Xerox. FYI In prior employment I processed the expenses for the employer. While processing expenses. I saw the invoices from 3rd party staffing agencies. Most of the money paid from the employer to the 3rd party staffing agency goes towards the recruiters commission bonus, other funds are paid for fees for utilizing the 3rd party staffing agency and very little of the funds are paid to the candidate for the wages. The candidate only received very little in wages. While the recruiter receives far more in commission bonus. This employment process has ruined the middle class. Blame employers for the mess in the USA. The economy cannot be blamed it is the employers who caused all the unemployment mess in the USA. Employers are dictating the economy in the USA with the employment practices. No one can obtain employment in the USA and no one can retain employment in the USA anymore. Employment laws need to change for the benefit of the American workforce. Time to make the employers be accountable! Write you lawmakers.

Whoever is in charge of hiring for the job as the Drug Rebate Accounting Specialist doesn't know what there doing. It is very suspicious that the the Drug Rebate Accounting Specialist is advertised over and over. I see this same position advertised then I have applied. Then I get the automated e mail reply in my e mail inbox saying the position has been filled.

Then I see the job as the Drug Rebate Accounting Specialist job opening advertised again. Gawd this is crazy! Xerox advertises a job. You apply then then the automated replies come from Xerox saying the job is no longer available then you see the job advertised again in a month after you applied and received the rejection e mail notice saying the job was no longer available.

Xerox doesn't have their employment practice act together. Hiring practices are not structured and not managed right. If your using a 3rd party staffing agency that is why you cannot keep employees around for very long. MY ADVICE IS STOP USING 3RD PARTY STAFFING AGENCIES. RECRUITERS SHOULDN'T RECEIVE MORE IN COMMISSION THAN THE CANDIDATE RECEIVES IN WAGES! PLUS THE 3RD PARTY STAFFING AGENCY CONTRACTS ARE BOGUS EMPLOYMENT TERMS. PAY YOUR WORKFORCE, MAKE IT EASIER FOR PEOPLE TO OBTAIN EMPLOYMENT, STOP PLAYING GAMES WITH EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES AND RETAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. HIRE PEOPLE DON'T USE PEOPLE THROUGH 3RD PARTY STAFFING AGENCIES BY PAYING THEM LOW BALL WAGES. TEMP TO HIRE IS AWFUL!! PEOPLE DESERVE BETTER THAN THIS WHEN IT COMES TO EMPLOYMENT. GREEDY JERKS!
