Whoever is in charge of hiring for the job as the Drug Rebate Accounting Specialist doesn't know what there doing. It is very suspicious that the the Drug Rebate Accounting Specialist is advertised over and over. I see this same position advertised then I have applied. Then I get the automated e mail reply in my e mail inbox saying the position has been filled.
Then I see the job as the Drug Rebate Accounting Specialist job opening advertised again. Gawd this is crazy! Xerox advertises a job. You apply then then the automated replies come from Xerox saying the job is no longer available then you see the job advertised again in a month after you applied and received the rejection e mail notice saying the job was no longer available.
Xerox doesn't have their employment practice act together. Hiring practices are not structured and not managed right. If your using a 3rd party staffing agency that is why you cannot keep employees around for very long. MY ADVICE IS STOP USING 3RD PARTY STAFFING AGENCIES. RECRUITERS SHOULDN'T RECEIVE MORE IN COMMISSION THAN THE CANDIDATE RECEIVES IN WAGES! PLUS THE 3RD PARTY STAFFING AGENCY CONTRACTS ARE BOGUS EMPLOYMENT TERMS. PAY YOUR WORKFORCE, MAKE IT EASIER FOR PEOPLE TO OBTAIN EMPLOYMENT, STOP PLAYING GAMES WITH EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES AND RETAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. HIRE PEOPLE DON'T USE PEOPLE THROUGH 3RD PARTY STAFFING AGENCIES BY PAYING THEM LOW BALL WAGES. TEMP TO HIRE IS AWFUL!! PEOPLE DESERVE BETTER THAN THIS WHEN IT COMES TO EMPLOYMENT. GREEDY JERKS!
