I need your help! Has anyone out there been sexually harassed by a YB boss?

Long story short- and some of you will recognize me- I need to know who else was touched- propositioned- promised leads or a promotion by a superior who wanted in your pants! It's long past time to stand up for what is right. Loose women that fell for this scam- do not reply- you are fools. Those with a disgust for those YB superiors who think they can get away with this injust behavior please -tell your story. Come on as annonymous- just tell - your story may help stop this kind of behavior in the workplace FOREVER!

i have heard from female friends that the male managers are always harassing the girls on ride days. rubbing their legs hitting on them and being inappropriate. they are always afraid of losing their jobs or being alienated by the workforce so they don't pursue a complaint.

Well folks, (finger pointing) I just have to tell you YB is in a spiral--not up or down, just a spiral, that is where they work best. The women look like pigs without lipstick and the managers are chasing them like hounds. Make your 24 or you are sausage because my salary is at stake. Got to give the clowns a check for effort, but as far as selling their game, I WILL STICK AN ICEBERG UP THEIR HIND-END (using my scopic rifle)

That was unnecessarily harsh, in a blame-the-victim kind of way. Many who are put in such a position are not "loose" nor "fools" as you spew above. They are people (mostly women) who are the main breadwinners of their families or single and the only wage-earner. The perpetrator chooses her as the victim knowing that his chances are good he can do what he wants and keep her silent because she can't afford to lose a job, have the house foreclosed, the car reposessed, etc.

Honestly, you're encouraged to hate and talk smack about the cad who does such a thing, but don't paint the victim up like a hussy.
