What is the culture like in the Philadelphia office of Yellowbook?

I was recently contacted by a recruiter for the New Media Sales position in Philadelphia. I have experience with the Yellowpages.com culture and am wondering if it is the same micro-management, militant style?

same poop different shovel....after a couple of years jumping from sales job to sales job...my experience has told me, at this level of sales (quasi entry level), it's pretty much the same poop wherever you go and whatever you are selling (be it advertising, cars, recruiting, security systems, copiers, windows/siding, etc.)...they all use the templated sales process...the game don't change much...the upshot of sales is you can always find work (there a reason for that, though)...the downside, the work is rarely satisfying UNLESS you LOVE money...in which case, i don't know what to say but you will make lots of money (and little else).
