Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Zip Realty?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Zip Realty?

I guess that would depend on whether you are working at HQ (in Emeryville) or working at one of the offices in the field.

People are dressed appropriately for their function or role--so if you move furniture, you wear what is most comfortable for you moving furniture. If you are working as a receptionist, you would wear what might be appropriate to greet customers, board members and the like.

Folks do get together for various events--both in the office and out of it. Its a pretty laid-back atmosphere. Hope this helps!
