I am mainly interested in their commission structure and if the leads that the company provides for you are worth anything |

Go with a good real estate company like ReMax. |

One thing that one must remember is your Real Estate success is all up to you! You can choose to sit in an office and wait for the phone to ring(which is far and few between in this internet world)or you can become a master closer on leads that are provided. Not all leads will LEAD to a transaction but contact and taking the time for people always pays off eventually. My own personal opinion is people want or expect it all NOW as far as success goes. You have to work in this industry and perfect your style, plant the seeds and they eventually blossom!

I joined ZIP late last year. I came from a larger realty company and I can tell you that I really love Zip. The commissions are lower, but the benefits out way the commissions. I have already made the presidents list in just 11 short months. Stick to it and follow up on your leads. Good Luck. |

I would like to know how things have been in 2008 with Zip. I am thinking of going over to them from my current brokerage. |

That's great! I'm just joining Zip Realty now, I'm a brand new agent. I hope to have the same amount of success! |
