Aetna - Pre-Employment Screenings

Does anyone know how far back Aetna goes in their criminal background checks? Is it 7 or 10 years or indefinitely? I have a small infraction from 1997 that I am not sure if I should disclose or not. Thanks!

I have applied to aetna and awaiting a background and fair credit reporting check. What are they looking for? How long does the process take?

I have recently just applied to Aetna. I am hopefully awaiting a call back from them. When I did the online application that was sent to me by a recruiter It was stated on there to go back 7 years. I hope that will help you.
