Hello. I have a 21 year old brother who is trying to break into the railroad field(trainee,intern or anything). But it seems like all the jobs he has applied for want experience or someone with a railroad certificate or something like that. Would someone please write me back and let me know what I need to do to help him. We have been trying for a year.
