I have received an offer to work as a lead generator in the insurance service division in the inside sales department in Allentown. I am graduating from a good 4 year school, and have some experience in sales from the summers. The pay is 26k + (up to) 5k in bonuses. I thought I could do better initially, but in this economy I really am unsure. Do you think I am overqualified for this position? They tell me I will be promoted to a producer in less than a year if I do well and get my license. I was told that is a 50k job. Also, if anyone knows, do lead generators work in a cubicle like i saw most of the staff doing? Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
