So I did receive my flight information today but I didn't get information on what hotel or if the rooms are shared. I do know we get $42/day for food expenses only.

Yes, you get your own room. But you will all stay in the same hotel. You get $42 per day for food, make sure to save all your receipts as they will check those.

They will contact you with last minute hotel/booking info within a few days before you head out. What's important is that you have the flight info. The hotels are usually pretty nice hotels they put you in, and most likely they will have shuttle service that takes you to training facility, just a matter of which room number so I wouldn't worry too much.
